The article discusses the key aspects of security for the server operating system Ubuntu Server. It describes the main protection measures
including regular updates, kernel and system protection, user and access control management, network security, data encryption, container
security, monitoring and auditing, attack protection, cloud security, and standards compliance. The tools for security analysis are also
discussed as well as recommendations for setting up security. The drawbacks of Ubuntu Server such as support duration, documentation
quality, performance, hardware compatibility, dependency management, open-source code security, and enterprise-level support are examined.
