Classification of Qualitative Characteristics
of Observability, Controllability and Identifiability
of Dynamic Systems Models |

The article considers methods for assessing the quality of observability and controllability of linear models of dynamic objects. The article
presents classical concepts of controllability, observability and identifiability that characterize the structural properties of models. The concepts of
measure, degree and quality of observability and controllability of state variables of models of dynamic objects, as well as parametric identifiability,
are studied. The concepts of evaluability as properties of algorithms are considered. The analysis of philosophical and linguistic concepts of measure,
degree and quality is carried out, their interrelations are revealed. Based on the analysis, the concepts characterizing the properties of models are
systematized. The methods for forming models with desired qualitative characteristics are presented.
