VASHCHILKO The article discusses the issues of building a system model for organizing the practical development of electronic warfare (SREB) by specialists, as well as structuring confl icts in the practical (training) training of SREB specialists both on standard equipment (PC) and on simulators. It is shown that training (TP) is regulated by a rigid structure, including training periods, training tasks, exercise options and exercises themselves, as well as trainee standards. The system model of TP organization for avionics equipment specialists (operators) is presented in the form of three interrelated levels: problem-oriented; subject-oriented; functional-oriented. In accordance with the TP system model, the concomitant signs of confl ict of application of SEPS in the article are understood as confl icts of the TP organization characteristic of its subject-oriented level. The structure of confl icts in the training of SREB specialists and the form of their quantitative assessment have been formed. The presented formalized classifi cation of possible confl icts of the subject-oriented level of the TP organization of SEPS operators is a consequence of a number of applied problems characterizing its problem-oriented level.
