Virtual Modeling of the Analytical Laboratory
of the Research and Production
Complex of Fine Chemistry |

Work has been carried out to create a digital twin of the analytical laboratory of one of the leading research and production clusters of low-tonnage
chemistry, which includes the industrial complex of JSC "ECOS-1" and the Research Center " Fine Chemicals". With the help of the Blender computer-aided
design system, a virtual model of the analytical laboratory for chromatographic analysis has been created, including a 3D design model and databases on model
elements. All the developed elements of the model are considered in four categories: appliances, electronics, equipment and furniture. Virtual models of two
gas chromatographs "Chromatek-Crystal 5000" have been created for the category "Devices".2" and liquid chromatograph "LC-20 Prominence", as well as
models of auxiliary analytical instruments: Fischer titrator "Expert-007"; concentrator "KN-2m"; scales "Practicum 224-1ORU". The resulting 3D model is
used to create animations and simulate the internal work processes of an analytical laboratory.
