RACHKOV The article sets up an intelligent information system of a special level in accordance with the recommendations of this document. The purpose and creation of such an information system, the tasks that need to be solved in the process of creating an intellectual system of a private level, the requirements of a functional-functional system for the system, and possible ways of disclosing the concept of development are formulated. A preliminary list of processes to be transferred has been formulated. A preliminary list of processes to be automated has been formulated. The basic requirements for the security of an intellectual information system of a personal level are considered. Based on the functional requirements for an intelligent information system, a list of promising technical solutions for its implementation is presented, the composition of an intellectual information system of a personal level is conceptually defi ned, and recommendations are given for organizing design work and the main parts of the project are highlighted.
