SHEVCHUK Obtained and confi rmed the adequacy of the model of metrological characteristics of the measuring system to assess the current values of the amount of heat consumed. It is shown that the inclusion of algorithms for compensation of dynamic properties of sensing elements and primary converters in the automated control system software makes it possible to increase the accuracy class of software and hardware secondary devices. A model for estimating the variance of the error sequence is proposed, which allows optimizing the settings of processor systems for processing digitized measurement information.
