Some Features When Choosing an Automated Information and Measurement System |

To solve many problems related to the justifications and definitions of the appearance characteristics of samples of information and measurement systems (AIS), expert assessments are offered, providing for the selection of the best samples, as a rule, of equipment being created or upgraded. At the same time, value functions (utility functions of Fishburne, Harrington, etc.) are used as the determining indicator. The analysis of the essence of these functions is given, which consists in the course of a dialogue with a decision-maker, primary data and necessary information are received from him about his "primary" views on the "value systems" or "preference systems" being formed, which are then used to build utility functions in information and communication systems. analytical system. An approach is given to determining the value function of numerical indicators in the form of an information model, taking into account the consistency of expert assessments to the main characteristics and indicators of a technical device (TU) using examples for a transport vehicle as part of a complex of unmanned aerial vehicles and other complex technical complexes. This approach will allow developers and designers to choose the type of AIS and its technical characteristics with the possibility of increasing the level of reliability of the assessment of technical specifi cations, as well as optimize resources and possible costs for obtaining the necessary information when predicting the selected characteristics and main indicators of complex technical systems.
