BULANOVA, P.A. SUKHININ, D.N. CHAUSOV The issues of building an information system of an infocommunication operator based on the domestic software package 1C: ERP are considered. Based on the analysis of the business processes of an infocommunication operator and the corresponding information systems, the possibility of using the 1C: ERP software product to automate the processes of an infocommunication company has been investigated. The practical implementation of the proposed solutions has confi rmed the effectiveness of 1C:ERP. Keywords: information system, infocommunication operator, business process.
