POZHARKOVA The article proposes a method for simulating the deployment of a fire-fighting sheet in a software environment for studying the fire dynamics Fire Dynamics Simulator (FDS), which increases the accuracy of assessing its protective properties, including the effectiveness of the control system. A functional diagram of fire dynamics modeling in rooms with fi re screens of large area using the proposed method is presented. An algorithm for generating FDS code that simulates the progressive unfurling of the canvas in the FDS software based on the results of dynamic modeling in the SimInTech environment of the fi re screen winding shaft control system has been developed. A comparative analysis of various methods of simulating the canvas lowering with modeling fire dynamics based on models of computational fluid dynamics in the auditorium of the drama theater was carried out.
