Automation of the Natural Gas Heating Process Based on Fuzzy Logic Methods |

An important direction in the pipeline transportation of natural gas is the distribution and reduction of natural gas before delivery to the final consumer. Gas heating units play an important role in the organization of these processes at the Gas distribution station (GDS), which play a role in order to combat the formation of gas hydrates. This article discusses the solution of the problem of organizing control over gas heating by developing an automated system that is completely based on fuzzy logic methods. The main feature of the system is the organization of a dual algorithm using the Mamdani method, which regulates the operation of the gas heating unit. This article provides recommendations on the structure of the algorithm, the implementation of the system on software and hardware as part of the GDS control system. The article is recommended to specialists in the field of automation of natural gas transportation processes via main gas pipelines.
