GOGOLIN On an example of the electric drive with the noncontact motor the regulator stabilising a rotational speed with use of criterion of power balance of the saved up and transmitted energy in a continuous part of system is considered, namely: equalities to zero of an average during modulation of value of voltage on inductance of a power circuit.
