POTAPOV The article discusses the problematic issues of developing a methodology for the use of a conflict-resistant automated information processing system (AS) for planning management of practical training of air traffic management operators (ATS). On the basis of experimental studies of rational planning of simulator training (TP) of ATS operators (persons of the flight management group), taking into account the assessment of the adequacy of the results of simulation modeling in simulators at ATS in the near zone of the airfield, the results were obtained, characterizing the comparative effectiveness of the training of hydraulic fracturing specialists and the comparative effectiveness of their development of radio-electronic means (RES) with the involvement of control (based on the requirements of the current guidance documents) and experimental groups (taking into account the use of the developed informative information program component of the planning management of practical training of hydraulic fracturing persons professionally-oriented software package of conflict-resistant automated information processing system of practical planning management preparation operators of the ATS RES).
