MASLOVA The article considers the development of the topic of digital technologies, the introduction of digital analytics and artificial intelligence into the production processes of the gas industry by expanding the capabilities of the neural network system for interconnected objects of branched gas networks. A unifi ed system of digital twins (ESDC) of all control facilities is described in their interconnection at the upper level (creation of an operating model of a functioning network of gas distribution facilities) with test development of dispatching in the current telemetry control system by emergency dispatch services (ADS), the main areas of application are presented. An example of processing telemetry data from the operation of equipment of interconnected objects of the gas distribution network and the results of test application of the software and hardware complex "ServiceNeuro" as an additional functionality of the existing telemetry system of gas distribution objects in the emergency dispatch service at the level of the district operational service, analysis of the effectiveness of the application and improving the reliability of equipment operation at the gas distribution and gas consumption networks.
