VIDMANOV Distributed systems based on cloud services are becoming even more relevant in the realities of the modern world. The paper discusses the issue of developing algorithms and interfaces to account for student performance in spreadsheets of cloud services. The model of the system for collecting information about students’ academic performance and displaying the results in the form of a spreadsheet based on a web application in a mobile device is given. The introduction includes an overview of free means of storing, editing and displaying spreadsheets using cloud services. The access and roles of system users in the task of accounting for academic performance are considered. The question of programming and using the popular Google cloud service is investigated. The implementation of the system administrator's command panel and automation of repetitive actions using group processing is considered. An example of calculating the interface performance using the GOMS estimation method is given. The research undertaken is the first attempt to systematize knowledge and practically implement a system for visualizing academic performance based on free cloud services for educational purposes, inside the Google ecosystem.
