TOSHMATOV The article discusses the developed cascode photoconverter with amplification, which provides an extended range of stable operation, high current gain and manufacturability of the transistor using the same type of transistor structures made on semiconductors with the same band gap. It is shown that a cascode photoconverter with amplification during photocurrent control operates stably at collectoremitter reverse voltage values 3-4 times higher than those of individual bipolar transistors.
