GAVRILOVA, V.S. SEKATSKY The relevance of the creation of the coating thickness tolerance system is shown. Analysis of systems of tolerances for linear dimensions and tolerances of shape and location of surfaces was carried out, on the basis of which basic principles of construction of system of tolerances for thickness of coatings were developed. There are proposed intervals of nominal values of coating thickness, which are built according to a number of preferred numbers of R5, degrees of accuracy, which establish a unit of tolerance, values of tolerances for coating thickness depending on the nominal value of thickness and degree of accuracy, the tolerance is linked to the nominal value of thickness.
