Statistical Synthesis and Research of Decision-Making Algorithms in Redundant Measurement Systems With Failures |

The article evaluates the ways to improve the reliability of redundant measurement systems. For this purpose, the known solutions have been refined and supplemented. Using the generalized maximum likelihood method, algorithms for detecting failures and estimating the information parameter are synthesized. Models of offset and chaos are proposed for statistical description of measurements of failed channels of redundant measurement systems. The dependences of the decision-making probabilities on the number of failures and the mean square error of the information parameter estimation on the mean square deviation of the mathematical expectations of faulty channels are determined by modeling, and the influence of the types of mathematical expectation distribution laws on the decision-making efficiency is studied.
