DAVYDOVA Given the current earmarked ergotehnicheskih electronic objects (REO), and an environment of operations of the various interactions is presented in several different ways. Based on the statement of the problem on the formation of management operations ergotehnicheskim REO obtain a conceptual model of the conflict-sustainable operations management operators ergotehnicheskimi REO. According to this conceptual model, the operation can be directed either only the choice and distribution of resources in the absence of REO conflicts or to resolve conflicts (if any) that provides or redistribution of selected resources, or the choice and allocation of additional resources.
