High Resolution Digital Holographic Microscope for Reflective Objects |

High resolution digital holographic microscope DMHS, designed to register a hologram of reflective objects. It has several advantages over an optical microscope, as well as a DMH containing a fl at matrix. It has a wide frequency band, due to the use of a spherical matrix, which allows registering a hologram on which the high-frequency component of the wave reflected from the object wave, which is responsible for its microstructure, is recorded and has high NANO resolution. Its connection to a PC makes it possible to save the received data, edit it, and use it for further research, including connecting it to various automatic data processing or control systems. Recording the high-frequency component of the object allows you to increase the resolution of the DMH. This is an attempt to create a technology of visualization of micro and NANO structures based on of optical holography, Digital processing, and Computer techniques for creating intelligent global systems of the next generation.
