KARPOV Thus, the practice of managing electronic documents in archives is an actual and necessary object of study from a scientific and practical point of view. Within this emerging field of scientific research, the primary issues are methodological issues that determine the General context and at the same time the theoretical essence of the subject area under consideration. The sphere of electronic document management is primarily concerned with determining the strategy for their acquisition and subsequent storage. In this area, the first urgent task is to study the composition and content of documents of this type in order to determine the prospects for their scientific and practical use and establish a regulated regime for ensuring their availability. In this work it is shown, in which the system keeps records of student work and discuss how all these papers are archived students. Pay much attention to the description of the process, and archive paper system that the students developed for these purposes. An overview of the work of the student -, accounting-a description of the student work-study student work is displayed in a system file-accounting-process development and student work -accounting-system. The research object is the process of keeping an archive of student work papers. The purpose of the research is to develop a mathematical model for automating the process of archiving documents using cloud technologies.
