RAHIMOV The article is dedicated to the possibility of applying hydrogen vehicles in urban transport systems. Owing to the necessity to find alternative solutions for traditionally powered vehicles in towns, hydrogen automobiles are one of the practical possibilities for realising sustainable transport assumptions and independence from oil imports, which is one of the top priorities in worldwide. This paper presents a literature analysis, analysis of the current state and development of the usage of hydrogen automobiles in the world. The article discusses the possibilities of applying hydrogen automobiles with various mobility methods: individual cars, taxis, and joint mobility. In addition, the study focuses on identifying the advantages and disadvantages of applying hydrogen vehicles in urban transport systems.
