Instruments and Systems: Monitoring, Control, and Diagnostics Annotation << Back Fuzzy Model of Knowledge Representation in Situational Advising Subsystem of Project Management V.B. MELEKHIN, T.G. AYGUMOV The paper proves that in the management of complex projects of development of production systems in modern conditions of unstable economic environment it is advisable to use situational advising systems to support the decisions made by project managers. The original principle of building a model of knowledge representation situational advising system, providing intellectual decision support in the management of complex technological execution of investment projects implemented in unstable conditions of the investment project environment. The proposed model of knowledge is based on the division of the set of situations that may arise at the management object into pairs, including problematic and permissible situations, which allows to recommend effective management measures to project managers, translating the implemented project from the problematic to the desired state at the current time. The main feature of the developed principle of construction of situational models of decision support is that it provides for the formation of a generalized description of them in the form of a fuzzy problem situation, which allows to increase the efficiency of management decisions.
