DANILOV The article considers the problem of prompt detecting of non-technical losses of electricity in a distribution electric network (DEN) with unknown values of the parameters of its equivalent circuit by means of an automated information and measurement system of monitoring and accounting of electricity (AIMS EMA), and solves the problem of identifying of DEN subscribers who have unaccounted electricity. At the same time, the method is proposed that uses a preliminary calculation of the DEN parameters in each cycle of simultaneous measurements of the eff ective values of current and voltage, as well as active and reactive powers performed by AIMS EMA at the beginning of the DEN and at each subscriber. The method is applicable in case of resistance equality of the phase and neutral wires for each interpersonal section of the DEN. The results obtained are focused on the creation in AIMS EMA operational monitoring subsystems of non-technical losses of electricity in DEN and allow to control unaccounted electricity at each of its subscribers.
