GRIGORYAN The paper analyzes the use of digital methods in measurement technology both directly in measurement procedures and in the subsequent mathematical processing of the output data. Methods are proposed for converting signals with a programmable structure of the measuring path using switched additional scale converters. The errors arising during the switching transformation of signals are analyzed, and technical solutions are proposed for eliminating additively switching and multiplicative amplitude-phase errors. The proposed methods for converting signals with a programmable structure of the measuring path are universal in nature and can be used both in unipolar and multipolar measuring structures. On the basis of the proposed method, measuring devices were developed and protected by patents of the Russian Federation, the use of which made it possible to solve a number of problems in the electrometric examination of pipeline systems, as well as to achieve almost ultimate accuracy of phase measuring equipment.
