Processing the interference signal reflected from the biological object by the method of differentiation |

This article the processing of the interference signal reflected from external agents in the subsurface layer of the skin by the method of differentiation of this signal is presented. The scheme and appearance of the optical-mechanical measuring device are given. The block diagram of the electronic signal processing is described in detail, and the electronic processing of the interference signal by the envelope differentiation method is schematically shown. The study of the dynamics of the impact of moisturizer on the skin of the forearm is conducted. The cream to the surface of the forearm is applied. Measurements out 1.5 hours, 2.5 hours and 11.5 hours after application of the cream were carried. The presented curves by averaging measurements at 4000 points of the surface of the skin area with a diameter of ~6...8 mm. were obtained. The cream penetrates to a depth of 150 microns in 1.5 hours, and after 11.5 hours after applying the cream, the skin returns to its original state is experimentally confirmed.
