Signal model for recording devices of induced peripheral autonomic surface potentials |
V.I. ZHULEV, M.B. KAPLAN
The data source for diagnostic medical devices is a person who, from a technical point of view, is a complex object. To study the autonomic nervous system of a person in medicine, methods of induced peripheral autonomic surface potentials (PASP) are widely used. Reliability analysis of the PASP signal directly determines the quality of diagnostics. In the framework of the development of devices for diagnosing the autonomic nervous system of a person, the option of constructing a model of the PASP signal based on characteristic points is considered. A sequence of actions is proposed for obtaining sets of characteristic points on the basis of real recorded dependences of the PASP. The mathematical interpretation of the signal model is presented in the form of interpolation polynomials. For numerical studies, a computer program was developed in the LabVIEW environment. The paper describes the features of the implementation of individual software modules that generate test signals based on the original model.
