BAIDIN, I.S. SHMAKOV The article describes the specification and application of the information security management system based on the documentation support. There is a review of the development and design of documentation management of the organization’s information security system, including software and hardware implementation and its specification alongside with implementation of the proposed solution considering unified and specialized characteristics of the management of the structure of the organization. The applicability of the presented solution is reviewed under the current organizational and structural set up, based on the methods of the organization’s project activities. The development of the documentation support of management is presented based on the organization’s information security management system. Where this system is a sample of requirements for ensuring the integrity, availability and confidentiality of information that is processed by means of document management support and directly functioning in the information security management system. The organization’s liquidity is considered in accordance with the documentation provided by the organization’s management by the organization’s information security management system. We consider the format of document management software management and distribution of access levels to the categorization of this information from the organization’s streaming document management, including on the basis of local instructions of organizations. The standard forms for the optimization of the management of the documentation ensuring the management and the information security system of the organization are presented. All work is carried out on the basis of current legislation to ensure the information security of critical information infrastructures.
