Estimation of stability of functioning of the hydraulic unit According to the results of vibration |

To diagnose the stability of the hydroelectric unit operation based on the results of vibration monitoring, it is proposed to use the methods of statistical process control. Controlled indicators using the correlation matrix are divided into two subsets: independent and correlated indicators. At the same time, monitoring of independent vibration indicators can be carried out using standard Shewhart maps for the average level and standard deviation. To clarify the situation, maps of cumulative sums or exponentially weighted moving averages can be used. Monitoring of correlated indicators is conducted using the card Hotelling to control the mean level multidimensional process and maps the generalized dispersion for the scattering analysis. A more detailed study can be carried out using the analysis of non-random structures, as well as by constructing maps with warning boundaries.
