KONSTANTINОV, E.A. VILKOV, I.V. LADATKO, Yu.M. LAVROV, R.P. SINEL`SCHIKOVA The article deals in detail with the design features and operation of the linear nanomeasuring encoder holographic (LNEH). In LNEH, the ultraprecision linear holographic diffraction grating of (LHDG) with a step of 1 μm [1] and an independent glass guide glued with it at an angle of 90 °[2] is used as a measuring element. A concrete example of the design of the encoder head, an autonomous guide and a block of the encoder control circuit are given. The encoder is designed for installation on precision equipment and on CNC machines. The length of the encoder is up to 1 meter.
