FEDOTOV The physical properties of the pressure transducer tensor are investigated. Analytical and numerical calculations of the deflection of the membrane under the influence of excessive pressure are carried out. It is established that the pressure value depends on the shape and design of the membrane. Deflection of the membrane can contribute to the occurrence of mechanical stresses.
