KOTELNIKOVA Questions of research of technological process of formation of strain gauge module of pressure sensor with the help of thermoelectrostimulated connection in electrostatic field are considered. The modes of splicing of the converter with the support element are determined. It is shown that the diffusion process lies at the basis of the effective splicing mechanism. X-ray spectra and composition distribution of chemical elements detected by electron microscopes at the boundaries of the strain-membrane-membrane interface and the membrane-supporting element are presented.
