Research spectrometer for the ultraviolet region of the spectrum and its feasibility study |

This paper a spectrophotometer operating in the visible spectral range for measuring the optical properties of solid-phase and liquid-phase environments is presented. The urgency of the instrument, and describes his operation. The spectrophotometer was subjected to experimental studies, due to which the spectral distribution of the signal analog-to-digital converter in the measurement channel was obtained. In the article the calibration of the scale of the wavelength of the spectrophotometer along the lines of the mercury arc radiation-helium spectral lamp and filters on the basis of colored glass is reduced. The error calibration wavelengths, which is no worse Δλ = 1,3 nm is determined. Linearity and photometric accuracy of the scale of transmittance (T, %) by the spectra T(λ) colored glass taken as a standard was verified. The convergence of calculated and experimental, which is in the range of ΔT ≤ 5% in the wavelength range λ = 240 – 400 nm is obtained.
