ABDULLIN The article analyzes the open regulatory documents of the Russian Federation that define the requirements for conducting software certification tests, which undoubtedly include information security systems (SIS) against unauthorized access (UA) in automated systems (AS). The analysis showed the need to improve the mechanism of such systems in favor of a quantitative assessment of the effectiveness of their functioning.
