Optimization refractometric sensor control of the composition of de-icing fluid airplane fuselage |

This article a refractometric sensor control of the composition of the chemically active reagents used in de-icing treatment of airplane
fuselage is presented. Optimization of the Refractometer by modern optical head with a working prism of trapezoidal shape, increasing the diameter of the lighting of the optical fiber cables up to 6 mm, and also the possibility of installing nozzles to clean the working faces of the optical prisms are developed. Introduction the shadow of the optical system, the illuminator device is allowed to limit its operating range on a scale concentration the highest value of the refractive index to n = 1,439, which provides the ability to operate the device at temperatures T = 10 – 60 ° C and the concentration range k = 0 – 100 %. The technical characteristics refractometric sensor on laboratory tests are based.
