Methods for ensuring the kontroleprigodnost of the aircraft in the design

In article the aircraft kontroleprigodnost problem for performance of a complex of works on maintenance and repair is considered. Requirements to a kontroleprigodnost the aircraft is set at a stage of development and provided at a production stage. Introductions of maintenance and repair on a state reduce labor costs by service. For a complex assessment the aircraft breaks into six constructive groups. These groups are analyzed for the purpose of a kontroleprigodnost. Formation of requirements for a kontroleprigodnost of constructive groups is regulated by industry and interindustry normative documents. Control of technical condition of frame group is carried out with the set frequency means of nondestructive control. The Kontroleprigodnost of motive group is provided with a design and the equipment. The design and the equipment have to allow to obtain information which is necessary for a reliable assessment of a condition of the engine without its dismantling and removal. The assessment of technical condition of the most responsible elements of the engine is carried out by means of the built-in control devices and onboard devices of registration. A main type of control of group of mechanisms of runway devices, mechanization of a wing, mechanisms of a control system are methods of nondestructive control. The kontroleprigodnost of the onboard radio-electronic equipment is projected at its development. In article the system of collecting and processing of flight information which is a component a kontroleprigodnost is considered. In the course of production, acceptance and intermediate tests, and also operation the aircraft is used the control and test equipment.
