Architecture of system of monitoring of technical condition of pipelines of a binding of compressor stations |

The author analyzes the results of the authors’ research on the reliability of compressor stations of main gas pipelines and the parameters
of the main operational factors that affect the damage of process units and the piping of existing compressor shops. System parametric
analysis of experimental data was carried out on the status of technological units at operating compressor stations and workshops of
the main gas pipelines of the unified gas supply system of Russia. The shortcomings of monitoring of existing systems and methods for
periodic diagnostics of compressor station facilities are shown. The urgency of the work on the creation of a new system and methodology
for monitoring the technical state of the CS on the basis of the requirements of normative and technical documents of the state and industry
level is substantiated. A sequence of steps is proposed for creating a modern system for automated monitoring of the technical condition
of compressor stations, taking into account the modernization of existing and newly designed ones. The enlarged system and independent
subsystems of diagnostics and forecasting of the technical condition of pipeline piping and technological units of compressor shops
are presented. Examples of implementation of typical schemes of information measurement subsystems and communication interfaces
with database management systems are considered. The results of computer simulation of monitoring processes at compressor station
facilities on the distribution of equivalent stresses in the piping of workshops are proposed. It is shown that the installation of a monitoring
system for technical condition does not, in fact, lead to an increase in the cost of building an object and economically pays off not only
at the expense of preventing an emergency situation, but also by reducing the costs of statutory diagnostics provided for by regulatory
documentation survey.
