Identification of the technological process of the drainage device of a drum boiler on channels: flow of smoke gas – temperature in a rotary chamber |

The article deals with the application of the well-known method of Box D.J. and Jenkins G. to identify the process of steam production.
As a research object, the TCP boiler unit is chosen, which is a very complex and interconnected system. It was described as a dynamic
stochastic object with uncontrollable disturbances. The operating current of smoke exhausters DS-A and DS-B is an indirect parameter
characterizing the consumption of flue gases. Experimentally – by statistical methods, a mathematical model is obtained that allows
to determine the degree of influence of the smoke exhausters operating mode on the temperature in the rotary chamber (the parameter
characterizing the heat release of the combusted dust-air mixture in the furnace).
The developed model can be used for forecasting and controlling the process of steam production.
