PERSHAKOVA The article comparison of domestic accelerometing, in particular vibration sensors monitoring and measuring of RMS value of vibration velocity for automated control systems and vibro-diagnostics of operating on piezoelectric effect, in accordance with the requirements of normative – technical documents for the newly established domestic turbine units of thermal power plants of average and big capacity. The analysis of the domestic market for vibration sensors (accelerometers) used by domestic producers in the development and production of automated control systems and vibration diagnostics. Domestic vibration sensors are divided in categories: vibration sensors for measurement of acceleration and vibration sensors that measure velocity. A vibration sensor for measuring vibration velocity was analyzed according to technical specifications. The article will be useful for operating organizations-customers and designers, when equipping or retrofitting existing turbine units large and medium capacity thermal power plants with automated systems for control and vibration diagnostics, as well as manufacturers of turbines in the production and subsequent equipment of automated control systems and vibration diagnostics at the stage of issue and transfer of large steam turbines and medium power operating organization.
