KUZNETSOV It is shown that in contrast to foreign companies, continuously developing and fruitfully working in the field of creation of the world famous CAD for electronics, there is a clear gap in this field the Russian companies and, as a consequence, the global market of software products there is a clear monopoly that is foreign e-CAD. Considered a number of obvious issues causing this lag and the most important of which is that the leaders of the Russian electronic industry and domestic experts in the electronics’t pay enough attention to the origin and development of the Russian companies are able to develop a highly effective e-CAD, without which it is impossible to develop competitive products in the field of electronics. It is emphasized that the problem is related to the development of domestic e-CAD has intensified in recent years due to Western sanctions significantly restrict the sale and support of foreign CAD software for electronics.
