KRYZHANOVSKY We consider a new class of memory devices based on the combinatorial properties of the cyclic code - combinatorial memory, working not at the traditional memorization of information (in each cell memory is stored a particular binary value of the information that there is read, if necessary), and output (generating, reconstruction) of the proposed methods for any necessary information at the right time, aimed at increasing the degree of information security.
