TIMOFEEV, V.V. SHVEDENKO The necessity of building a metric system of control and management of the company. A distinctive feature of the proposed metric in the assessment system is that its tree covers technical, economic and organizational subsystems in their relationship, eliminating duplication of information. The paper presents the method of formation of the metric system of assessments. Shown fragments of its implementation. The metric system does not limit the number of investigated indicators and takes into account changes occurring in the subsystems as their development throughout the life cycle of the company. Data collection is carried out with stages of running the business and technological processes. Reduced complexity of the metric system of ratings is achieved by using improved method of analysis of hierarchies. Automation of the proposed method is implemented in the integrated information system having the property of behavior that provides quick reconfiguration functions of the control subsystems of the company.
