On the expansion of the inter-testing interval of thermocouples of systems of in-reactor control of VVER-1000 |

The results of studies of the drift of the calibration characteristics of thermoelectric converters (TEPs) in the process of long-term exposure to reactor radiation and temperature in support of the expansion of the calibration interval for the TEP of the In-Reactor Control System (VVER) of NPPs with VVER-1000 reactors are considered. It is shown that in order to create a metrologically reliable model of drift in support of the expansion of the MPI, the results of periodic verification of the CMP thermocouples in quasi-isothermal regimes of power units should be used in conditions of maximum closeness of verification and operational temperature gradients.
