Improving the quality of aircraft operation on the basis of continuous monitoring resource state of the product

In order to ensure flight safety, the possibility of improving the quality of operation of the product is examined by continuously monitoring the occurrence of residual deformations in the most important elements of the airframe aircraft. To assess the resource state of the product, it is proposed to monitor the appearance and further behavior of residual deformations in the power plan of the airframe. The most important structural elements are supplied with strain gauges, by means of which the moments of appearance of residual deformations, their initial values and trends are recorded. The indicator of the amount of resource production is the value of the current in the strain gauge network, which increases with the formation and development of residual deformations in the design of the glider. Throughout the entire working cycle, the function of their behavior is constructed, with the help of which it is possible to determine the amount of resource development of an aircraft in service and in a timely manner, i.e. before the beginning of the forced development of the resource, to assign the required repair and restoration works. At the same time, the volume and duration of the inter-flight services are reduced and, consequently, the efficiency of the aircraft usage increases. By means of a long-term observation of the occurrence and development of residual deformations in the power circuit of the glider, its critical zones are identified. Their presence serves as the basis for the development and implementation of design and technological measures aimed at strengthening the relevant power elements of the product.
