MARKOV A robotized system of isoprene polymerization process in bulk acting in stationary bed reactors is considered. The system built up on the base of microprocessor controller makes possible to minimize the time of polymerization process due to proposed reactor temperature control regime. A moment of polymerization process finishing, i.e. the moment when the desired value of conversion is achieved, is found with the help of real time calculation procedure, and in the addition with the help of running information signals of two temperatures – one controlling the top of the reaction mixture on the bed, and the other controlling the wall of the reactor.
