VESHKURTSEV, D.A. TITOV The method of small perturbations is solved the task of determining the characteristics of scattered electromagnetic waves from inhomogeneities of a controlled substance. Physical model substances adopted by the macro system, consisting of a large number of particles like molecules. All the particles of a substance can be considered as homogenous, if the length of the electromagnetic wave smaller than the size of the particle. Applies a random electromagnetic field of the light frequency range. It was found that the envelope of the scattered electromagnetic wave depends on the spatial fluctuations of the dielectric constant of the substance.
