SHCHERBAKOV Disadvantages of the traditional formulation of the formal conditions of timeliness to threats of information security, such conditions of the instantaneous response to threats are given in article. Low adequacy of mathematical models which basis such conditions are is proved. The characteristic of models of violation of safety of information which classification basis are possibilities of interpretation of dynamics of complex impact of threats to security on information activities and responses to such threats is given. Formal conditions of timeliness to the threats to security of information considering moments of the beginning of manifestation of threat and the beginning of response to threat are formulated. A probabilistic representation of index, timeliness to threats of information security to the standard models of its violation on the basis of the timeliness condition as the timeliness of random events is justified. Option analytic representation index timeliness to threats to the security of information in a computer- systems in relation to the distribution of sound laws timing impact of such threats and respond to them in a different manifestation of a security breach of information models is applied.
