KRYUKOV Results of creation of system of the automated dispatching control and management of technological objects of oil pipelines within a complex of works on design of system of the main oil pipelines of the Republic of Kazakhstan are presented. The innovative solutions providing management of all objects of oil pumping stations, increase in level of safety and energy efficiency of operation of oil pipelines and ensuring quality of the transported oil products are considered. The description of features of functioning of the block diagram of an industrial control system of transport of oil on the basis of the concept of open international standards of all levels of IT interactions of components is offered.
