Instruments and Systems: Monitoring, Control, and Diagnostics Annotation << Back Switching in the steady mode in asynchronous machines with semiconductor switch D.K. KOKHREIDZE Are considered switching processes in the asynchronous machine with controllable semiconductor switch (CSS) on the stator or on rotor. At analysis is used the principle of constancy of flux linkages of stator and rotor. The complex equations of switching processes are written down in the proper coordinates, and in them is not existing the EMF of rotation. Due solving of algebraic equations are obtained the expressions of stator and rotor currents. By taking into account the boundary conditions is defined the overlap angle. Are considered two modes of rotor winding operation – short-circuited rotor and with rotor winding supply by three-phase harmonic voltage source.
