Torrential dynamic stand on the basis of high-precision measuring instruments of “KROHNE” company and variable speed drive “Altivar-312”

This project is under development and implementation of models of torrential dynamic stand on the basis of “KROHNE” precision measuring instruments: electromagnetic flowmeter ALTOFLUX IFM 5080 the K, Massomer Korimass 10G + MFM 4085 K / F, electromagnetic flow meter DWM 2000. Through these test instruments passed a continuous stream of water and the most accurate of them - it Massomer class, such devices as they were involved exactly 0.1 second calibrated instrument, less accurate electromagnetic flowmeter, accuracy class 0.5. Highly intellectual equipment allows to produce more accurate selection of the required amount of raw materials and other original components, also keep production schedules, maintain a given level of pressure, level, temperature. This makes it possible to increase the output of finished products, reduce waste production, reduce waste disposal costs and reduce energy consumption, through more accurate technological mode of administration. On the model of torrential dynamic stand, a number of studies related to the implementation of VFD as compared to the non-regulated drive. Remove the related readouts: output frequency automatic voltage inverter consumed them current, supply voltage, the value of the electromagnetic flow meters and mass expenses. In uncontrolled drive acute question careful selection of diameters throttle actuator device, which is a very complex and expensive task. It is necessary to choose the form of a plunger of the throttle device. Need a selection of pressure regulators prior to and after the throttling device to prevent flow jump by changing the position of the throttling device. When using a variable frequency drive, its frequency and consumption are in linear relationship. It eliminates the need for costly installation of actuators with strapping and pressure regulators in them. High discrete allows smooth parameter control. All this facilitates the development of an optimal automatic control system. Studies with unregulated and regulated depending on the drive power consumption, which depends on the flow rate, have shown that one can obtain the power saving from 34% to 75%.
