Development of a laboratory spectrophotometer for the visible spectrum for the control of liquid-phase environments |

This article a spectrophotometer operating in the visible spectrum to measure optical properties of the liquid-phase environments is presented. The relevance of the instrument and description his work are shown. The spectrophotometer was subjected to experimental studies, the result which the spectral distribution of the signal analog-to-digital converter in the measurement channel is received. The paper the calibration of the scale of the wavelength of the spectrophotometer for the emission lines of the mercury arc-helium spectral lamp and color filters based on colored glass are shown. The inaccuracy calibration wavelength, which is no worse than Δλ = 5 nm is determined. Linearity and photometric accuracy of the scale of transmittance (T, %) with spectra T(λ) of the colored of the glasses taken as the standard were tested. The resulting convergence of calculated and experimental, which is in the range of ΔT ≤ 2% in the wavelength range λ = 450–700 nm and goes up to ΔT ≈ 5% at λ < 450 nm and λ > 700 nm was received.
